Jerome Barton Lundy was born August 19, 1963, in Queens, New York to his parents Leone Lundy who has since departed and his mother Lavenia Blackmon and Step Father Lee Blackmon.
Jerome attended grammar through high school in Flushing New York. He then attended Apex Auto Trade School in Manhattan where he studied to become a professional auto repair technician. Due to an accident he became totally deaf at the age of 21; but he continued to be strong, quiet, HONEST and a decent person.
Jerome was known to his friends as Lundy.
He leaves behind, his mother Lavenia Blackmon, brothers: Shakwell Lundy, Bradley Lundy, Shannon Blackmon and his brother Bradley in Nassau Bahamas. Father Lee Blackmon, niece Savannah Blackmon, and a host of Aunts, Uncles and Cousins in the Bahamas.
All though, he is no longer with us his memories will live on, when memories seem faded and far apart; remember the things you hold close to your heart. So, don’t you be sad, and don’t be blue, for if he didn’t call on me he might have called on you.
